I spent all of last week and some of this week having the best fun on my book tour. To everyone who took the time to come and get their books signed and meet me and to all the lovely schools who hosted me – a massive THANK YOU! Some of the highlights are here in pictures – Greer came to meet me at Wardini’s bookshop in Havelock North and had made her own poster all about me – which was so awesome I almost cried. Thanks also to the owners of Magic the palomino who came to Wardini’s too! I visited four fabulous schools in Taradale – a big shout-out to Taradale School, Reignier School and Arthur Miller School – and to Bledisloe School where I met three girls all called Kayla! (picture 2). At Raroa School I was met by longtime fan Olivia (pictured) and at Carncot school in Palmerston North the pupils were so lovely and so well prepared it was a total joy to talk about writing with them. Thanks to the lovely Rob, Catherine Victoria, Sue and Toni at Paperplus stores around the country who took such great care of me all the way!! See you all again soon!X Stacy
